How do I get my export?

In the TikTok app: Profile → ☰ → Settings and privacy → Account → Download your data.
Choose All data and the JSON format (not TXT).
TikTok takes a few hours to a few days. When it's ready, download and unzip it, then drop user_data_tiktok.json above.

Watch history in the export covers roughly the last six months, so a fresh request gives the fullest year. If you only want your LIVE history mapped, the Watch Atlas reads the same file.
